The Customer can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

The Customer must pay 100% of the total amount if cancelled less than 21 days before the arrival date.

Free cancellation until 24 hours after booking.

Payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or secure link.

In cancellations (there’s a 50€ fee), refunds are done within 24 hours of the cancellation up to 7 days.

There is no refund in case the Customer gives up before the end of the stay.

Strangers outside the reservation aren’t allowed to stay in the apartments.

Only registered Clients.

All Clients must be registered before arrival.

The customer is responsible for all damages to the apartment and undertakes to pay for it.

By booking, the Customer accepts the General Conditions.
