General Conditions

The Customer can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

The Customer must pay 100% of the total amount if he cancels less than 21 days before the arrival date.

Free cancellation until 24 hours after booking.

Payments by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, or secure link.

In cancellations (there’s a 50€ fee), refunds are done after 24 hours of the cancellation up to 7 days.

There is no refund, in case the Customer gives up before the end of the stay.

Strangers outside the reservation aren’t allowed to stay in the apartments. No parties allowed!

The customer is responsible for all damages to the apartment and undertakes to pay for it.

By booking the Customer accepts the General Conditions.
