General Conditions

The Customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

The Customer must pay 50% of the total amount if he cancels less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Free cancellation until 24h after booking.

The Customer must pay 50% of the total amount in advance after making the reservation. You will accept prepay by Credit Card, Paypal and secure link.

Refunds in case of cancellation are done, after 24 hours of the cancellation up to 7 days.

There is no refund, in case the Customer gives up before the end of the stay.

Strangers outside the reservation aren’t allowed to stay in the apartments. No parties allowed!

Customer is responsible for all damages made to the apartment and undertake to pay for it.

By booking the Customer accepts the General Conditions.
